Smart Care Services is an independent home appliance repair and service provider in Davanagere. We are not an authorized service center or directly affiliated with any appliance brands. All brand names, logos, and images used on this website are for identification and informational purposes only.

1. Service Eligibility

We provide repair and maintenance services for washing machines, refrigerators, and televisions of all brands only after the standard manufacturer warranty period has expired.

2. Appointment & Inspection

A standard inspection/visiting charge is applicable during every visit. This charge is non-refundable and must be paid even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.

3. Parts Replacement

All spare parts used during the repair are third-party compatible parts unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on availability and brand type.

4. Service Warranty

A limited service warranty is provided only on the repair work performed. Warranty does not cover physical damage, future faults, voltage fluctuations, water leakage, improper use, or issues caused by external factors.

5. Payment

Full payment must be made once the service is completed. We accept UPI, cash, and online transfers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Care Services is not liable for data loss, product damage caused by natural wear and tear, or issues arising due to pre-existing faults. We do not provide manufacturer warranty services.
